How does it work?
Residential Reports will arrange Your No Pay Package FREE OF ALL COSTS for up to 6 months.
1. Simply select from the following packages on the book an inspection form, which includes our short Client Guarantee:
- No Pay Rapid – for ACT Sellers requiring the mandatory Building, Compliance, Pest & EER Reports
- No Pay EER – for Class A units and townhouses that only require an energy rating
- No Pay NSW Rapid – for NSW Sellers who wish to streamline their sales transaction and supply a Building, Maintenance & Pest report that fully indemnifies their Buyer
2. Your digitally signed Guarantee confirms that your account will be paid on settlement or within 180 days of the inspection date:
- No Pay Rapid ($1550)
- No Pay EER ($395)
- No Pay NSW ($800)
3. There is nothing more for you to do….
This Guarantee is sent to your solicitor (by us) and noted as a disbursement on your file. The cost of the reports above is paid for by your purchaser (if you are in the ACT) or withdrawn from the proceeds of sale (if you are in NSW or have booked a No Pay EER ‘only’) and remitted to Residential Reports – we liaise with your solicitor to finalise payment of our account… simple!
4. There is no administration fee associated with our ‘No Pay’ Packages
5. In the event your property is not sold within 180 days, the invoice for your selected package will be paid directly by you
